Step 1. Open Command prompt or go to start and type cmd and press Enter or press Window + R key and just type cmd and then press Enter button on the keyboard.

Step 2. After doing this now, you have a command prompt. Enter this command convert H:\FS:NTFS(mind the gap or space between convert and H:\) and then press Enter button. It will change or convert your FAT32 file system into NTFS file system. If you want to convert NTFS file system into FAT32 file system you can do this by typing the following command in the cmd.
convert H:\FS:FAT32

Note: In this case H:\ is my pen drive or USB flash drive letter replace it from yours . You can easily get that just open My Computer and notice your USB flash drive letter and replace H from your pen drive or USB flash drive letter in the above command.

Method 2

This method is also very simple every version of windows has a built in software utility called Format software you just need to go to My Computer and select your pen drive or USB flash drive and then right click and choose format option it will give you some options in file system choose your file conversion method and check Quick format and then click start it will take several minutes to format your pen drive.
