How to download from torrent when it is blocked ?

Usually torrent is keep blocked in schools, colleges and offices to restrict the downloading by students and employees, so that they can not download movies, games, videos, softwares and so on, through torrent.

The only solution of this problem is PROXY. You can download anything from torrent after applying the proxy. You will never caught by your network administrator.

So we will learn now, How to download from torrent when it is blocked ? You need to follow given few steps to start downloading from torrent.

Step 1. First of all download the software (freegate) to access any torrent related website like kickass torrent, to make an online proxy to access this website if it is blocked. You can learn it in our previous post.

Step 2. Now open torrent and goto Preferences tab.

Step 3. Now goto connection link and then choose Socks4 type in proxy server .

Step 4. Type 127.0.0.1 in Proxy box and then enter 9750 in Port box and apply all these settings.

Step 5. Now goto BitTorrent link from left sidebar and then choose forced in Protocol Encryption's Outgoing box. Leave the rest of the settings as it is. Apply all these settings now you are ready to go.

Note: After applying all of the above settings, you need to update your trackers just goto your download and then right click on it and then click on update trackers to update your trackers, eventually you will get speed on your download.
