If you want more apps and more games then always choose more RAM at least 1GB or 2GB. So more RAM more apps, Less RAM less apps.
If you buy an smart phone with 2GB or 1GB RAM and don't run much apps and games then you wasted your money because the rest of RAM will always remain free a 128 MB RAM was enough to you. So always choose RAM size which is appropriate to you and save your money.
