Website creation sometimes might be very tricky or easy and can be a complicated task to you but its totally depends on your theme, I meant to say that what sort of website you are up to, like there are two kinds of websites e.g,

1. Static website or
2. Dynamic website

If you're thinking about a website that changes it's contents daily, keeps the information about your users, contains forms and lets your users sign in and log out your users to end up the session then you need to create a dynamic website otherwise you need a static website which doesn't change frequently and doesn't concern about user information. So lets learn that How to create a website?

1. Static website

Static means stable or not an auto update website. If you want to create a static website then you must have a little lore of HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language) to build up the web page structure and must have some knowledge of CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) to give a stylish look and feel to your site. 2. Dynamic website 

 Dynamic website means auto manageable site which gives you a lot of liberty to do a number of tasks. If you're up to create a dynamic website which changes it's contents daily and lets your users to insert their information and let them create an account with their credentials then you must have a good Knowledge of server side programming languages like ASP(Active Server Page), PHP (Hyper Text Preprocessor), JSP (Java Server Page) and Java-script language to give your application a dynamic look and feel with HTML and CSS. With dynamic websites you also need to have a lore of SQL which helps you to create and interact with your application's database.

If you're up to create a static website and going to follow the above procedure then wait!  I have an alternate for you. You can also do the same thing with CMS (Content Management Systems) like Wordpress, Joomla, Wix, droopal, with the help of these management systems you can also create a semi dynamic website. But technically letting you know that you can create a good looking website in no time and without any massive effort with this method, and it would also be a smart-work. My recommendations to you that always do the smart work on the contrary of hard work.
